What are the access hours?
You can access your storage unit from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week, including public holidays. No appointment is needed — just use your personal pin code to enter.
How does security work at the facility?
We take security seriously. The facility has 24/7 CCTV surveillance and a triple pin-pad entry system — you pass through three separate access points to reach your unit. All units are housed within a secure warehouse shell.
Can I drive up to my storage unit?
You can drive up to the main entrance of the warehouse. While you cannot drive directly to individual units, they are located very close to the main roller doors for easy loading and unloading.
What sizes are available and how much do they cost?
We offer a range of unit sizes to suit different needs. Send us an enquiry and we'll share current sizing and pricing. All leases are flexible month-to-month with no long-term commitment required.
Is there a minimum lease term?
No. All our leases are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice — no lock-in contracts.
What can I store?
You can store most household and business items including furniture, appliances, boxes, sporting equipment, tools, and seasonal items. Hazardous materials, perishable goods, and illegal items are not permitted.
